Key Responsibilities
As the backbone of our administrative operations, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Calendar & Time Zone Management: Masterfully manage complex executive schedules and coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) across multiple international time zones.
2. Global Travel Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including multi-destination flights, hotel bookings, visa applications, and comprehensive expense reporting.
3. Document & Records Control: Maintain secure, highly organized digital filing systems, track corporate contracts, and manage sensitive company databases.
4. Polished Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Servora Global Services, its clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring flawless written and verbal correspondence.
5. Meeting Administration: Prepare agendas, collate briefing materials, and accurately record/distribute detailed meeting minutes.
Position Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Education & Experience: Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 2–4 years of proven secretarial or administrative experience.
2. Advanced Digital Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, alongside familiarity with modern workplace tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, or Trello).
3. Intercultural Polish: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suited for handling diverse, international clientele.
4. Proactive Problem-Solving: The ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
5. Absolute Discretion: A high degree of professional integrity and a proven track record of handling confidential executive and corporate information securely.
6. Language Skills: Flawless professional fluency in English (written and verbal). Fluency in a second major language is highly preferred but not required.
